As award season hots up within the property sector, Muse Developments One City Place is among the shortlist for two of the industry’s leading awards.
City Place, has been named as a finalist at year’s Insider North West Property Awards, which is set to take place on the 11th May in Manchester. The scheme is shortlisted for Commercial Development of the Year, for the completion of the One City Place, the first speculative grade – A BREEAM ‘Excellent’ office building, part of the City Place development.
The development is also shortlisted for Best New-Build Outside of Central London at the prestigious OAS Development Awards 2017. The winners will be announced at a ceremony, celebrating the best projects across the whole of the UK, at The Pavilion at the Tower of London, on the 16th June.
