Muse Developments has been crowned ‘Developer of the Year’ at the prestigious Insider North West Property Awards, which took place in Manchester last night.
Dubbed the ‘property Oscars’, over 1,000 leading industry figures from across the North West gathered at Manchester Central to celebrate the success the sector has seen over the last 12 months.
The category was tough with five other companies vying for the award including: Capital & Centric, Ask Real Estate, OWL, PIN Property and PJ Livesey Group. Muse took top spot after judges were impressed with the company’s impact across the region and trusted reputation within the sector.
Along with a number of other schemes, Muse is developing One City Place, a six-storey, 70,000 sq ft office development near to Chester Railway Station, which will form Chester’s new Central Business Quarter.
