One City Place, the first phase of £100m Central Business Quarter in Chester, was successfully launched on 21st January 2016, with a joint effort from 90degrees – full service marketing agency – and Active Profile the PR Agency.
One City Place is a six-storey, Grade A office building offering 70,000 sq ft of office accommodation, which has set new standards in terms of specification and quality in Chester City Centre.
We have been working with Muse Developments on the progression of City Place for over four years now and following the successful launch, all our work has come to fruition.
As part of the overall marketing strategy, we have produced a series of materials throughout the course of the development timeframe for use both in the lead up and specifically for the launch event. We delivered personalised save the date HTML invitations, followed by a personalised formal invitation, an interactive digital brochure, a brand new and refreshed website and personalised marketing materials such as USBs, umbrellas.
The launch was held on the fourth floor of the building where 90degrees designed a dynamic yet informative marketing suite to showcase the key information on One City Place and what it has to offer. Mixing layers, textures and materials we were able to create a visually intriguing display to act as a talking point for the agents to use.
