“MIPIM is the largest gathering of the property sector in the world, and so offers an ideal opportunity to showcase the very best of what our area has to offer, and position our economy alongside other major players in the country.”
Mike Horner, regional director at Muse Developments, said: “We are very proud to join the Cheshire and Warrington LEP, to showcase One City Place and the wider City Place scheme at MIPIM 2017.
“The ultimate goal of City Place and Chester’s Central Business Quarter is to drive investment into the city, bring new jobs and promote Chester as a great place to do business. Muse Developments will ultimately invest more than £120m into the city over the next 15 years, including the £17m already invested into One City Place. This investment is creating a real sense confidence in the market and is giving Chester a new business destination to be proud of.”
